Fruit carving of Francesco Scravaglieri
I want to introduce you one very interesting person who´s work I very much like. He makes carvings and sculptures out of fruits and vegetables. His name is Francesco Scravaglieri and he has been chef for over 15 years. For him his work is also his hobby.
