How to make bobbins
If you don´t have the opportunity to buy bobbins you can make them yourself at home.
I used to create these homemade bobbins out of old, unused markers and pencils.Cut off both ends of the pencil, apply glue to a long, thin strip of paper and tightly wrap it around one end of the pencil, for the other end you wrap about a third of the pencil using either wider strips of paper, or string.Coat the paper/string in glue and let it dry for a day or two, so they harden. You can read a post HERE about how to make a bobbin lace pillow.

The winner yeast dough with me
It is a winner dough with me. My family always finishes all of it in a few hours. This is a very easy to do yeast dough, but if you're on a diet
and want to keep a slim figure, then you might as well stop reading.
What you need:
1/2 cup of milk, luke warm
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 egg (separate the white and the yolk) room temperature
3 tablespoons of unsalted softened butter
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 egg (separate the white and the yolk) room temperature
3 tablespoons of unsalted softened butter
Mix the milk, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Leave it in a warm place
until bubbly, (10 - 15 minutes.)
Put the flour into a bowl and make a well.Next, we have put the
egg yolk and the yeast mixture we made into the well.
Mix all the ingredients we made into a soft dough. Move the mix onto a floured surface and kneed briefly until smooth.
Don't put the dough away to rise, but instead roll it out it a thin as much as you can.Sprinkle flour onto your board to make it easier
to roll.
brushed with ketchup, and topped with pepperoni and cheese and rolled.
-----------------------------------------
one roll is filled witch a sweetened quark raisins
and the other with a grated apple mixed with a sweetened cocoa powder.
----------------------------------
I used the same dough not as a roll just a pie filled with plum jam and sliced plum (no added sugar)
Don´t forget before baking brush the top with beaten egg white.
Hope you enjoy :)

Inspired with KALOCSAI
When I'm looking for an inspiration for decorating eggs I often look for embroidery designs. With these Easter eggs I was inspired by a beautiful embroidery pattern called "Kalocsai". This beautiful embroider is even worn by many world-famous celebrities, like Iker Casillas - Real Madrid's goalkeeper, F1 McLarren members Lewis Hamilton and Jesen Button. Even Nicole Kidman was recently spotted in a beautiful dress with the Kalocsai embroidery.

Easter eggs painted etched and dotted
I'm sorry that I haven't posted anything in a long while, but my full attention was spent on Easter. Since I'm still very busy, I won't be able to post any new patterns, but in the meanwhile, I'll post an old pattern of mine that I haven't published on the internet yet.
